Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2024

At Cogita Mori, I value the time and energy that goes into preparing for each session, workshop, or event. Please review my refund and cancellation policies below.

1. Private Sessions (Consultations & Grief Support)

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations. If an emergency arises, please contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be given.

2. Workshops & Events

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration for a workshop, you must do so at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

3. Digital Products (If Applicable)

Due to the nature of digital downloads (e.g., guides, recorded workshops), all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, please reach out to me at kara@cogitamori.com

4. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

I understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or extraordinary situation, please contact me at kara@cogitamori.com to discuss possible accommodations.
